Collecting royalties for fair compensation
Sacem protects the rights of its members and guarantees them maximum remuneration for the exploitation of their works both in France and internationally. It offers access to a number of innovative platforms for managing authors’ rights. (URights, MusicStart, Pianity x Sacem…)
How are royalties distributed?
If you are a member, Sacem collects royalties for the use of your works in France and abroad.
Royalty distribution relies mainly on usage data (communication to the public or reproduction of the works). Sample surveys are used only when usage data is insufficient.
