Its role
The Programmes Committee is the only statutory committee within Sacem. It checks distribution programmes, tables and documents as well as the inspection reports that are compiled on all establishments and venues where the works of the Society’s members are performed in public.

Jérôme Attal

Born in 1970 in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, Jérôme Attal is an author, composer, performer, writer and screenwriter.
In 2005, he produced the album “Comme elle se donne (Roy Music) and toured in France and Switzerland. Over the last ten years, he has written popular songs for a number of artists: Mon amour oublie que je l’aime (Florent Pagny),
Sombreros (Vanessa Paradis), S’il n’est pas trop tard and Un tableau de Hopper
(Johnny Hallyday), Des compagnons (Michel Delpech), Montparnasse (Constance Amiot), Défendre Alice (Valentin Marceau), La fêlure (Garou), J’aime Avril à Paris (Eddy Mitchell) etc. He has published a dozen novels, for example L’appel de Portobello Road (Robert Laffont), Les jonquilles de Green Park (Robert Laffont; awarded the L’île aux Livres Prize 2016 and the special prize from the city of Saint Maur 2016), most of which are available in pocket-size format, published by Pocket.
He also collaborates on screenplays and has participated in several short films broadcast by Arte and France 2 as both actor and scriptwriter.

Arlette Kotchounian
Member of SACEM since 1965. Full member since 1975.
Accounts and Supervisory Committee: Vice-Chairperson (2008-2009), Secretary (2007-2008), Member (2006-2007).
She has worked successfully for many top artists under her pseudonym Ann Gregory and her real name Arlette Kotchounian.
